Compliance Lawyer Opportunity

A leading UK law firm is seeking a skilled Compliance Lawyer to join their team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with a focus on contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Risk Training: Deliver comprehensive training to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Legislative Updates: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislative changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Compliance Issues: Address regulatory risk and compliance issues and queries.
  • Contract Reviews: Aid in ongoing reviews of engagement letters and terms of business.
  • Legal Documentation: Provide guidance on legal documentation, framework terms, and contracts.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of firm suppliers, including contract term reviews and due diligence assessments.
  • Client Engagement: Review client engagement terms, codes of conduct, and KYC advice.
  • Secondment Terms: Advise on secondment terms for new and existing secondments.
  • Pitch Delivery: Assist in the prompt delivery of client pitches and questionnaires.
