Data Insights Analyst

We are currently looking to employ a Data Development Analyst to join our EMEA team at our Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support and organisational assistance within the EMEA Human Resources Team.
- Conduct research and participate in special projects, requiring the ability to analyse data and information.
- Support the development of reports and enhance productivity by becoming involved in other HR analytical related activities within and outside of EMEA.
- Collect and manipulate data from payroll, analyse it, and create relevant analysis to support Management decisions.
- Regularly review and audit HR data to ensure accuracy, benchmarking and competitive analysis, and analysis support for ongoing monitoring of all key HR and Reward metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, pivots tables, logical functions, and math functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
