As a Data Development Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing analytical support for HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports
  • Collecting and analysing data from various sources, including payroll and HR systems
  • Creating and presenting insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Collaborating with the HR team to identify and address HR-related issues
