Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at March Personnel. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Develop and maintain databases, data visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with large relational databases
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
