We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our EMEA team at our Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey.

About the Role

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will provide high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support and organizational assistance within the EMEA Human Resources Team.

Given the sensitivity of data available, confidentiality is a pre-requisite due to the scope of the role requiring the ability to analyze data and information, conducting research, and participating in special projects.

Opportunity is available to become involved in other HR analytical related activities within and outside of EMEA to support the development of reports and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to the EMEA Human Resources Team
  • Conduct research and participate in special projects
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards for all EMEA regions
  • Collect and analyze data for monthly and quarterly bonus payments processes
  • Collate Talent and Succession information and create relevant analysis to support Management decisions
  • Regularly review and audit HR data to ensure accuracy
  • Benchmark and conduct competitive analysis
  • Support ongoing monitoring of all key HR and Reward metrics
