Deputy Guardian for Patient Safety and Staff Empowerment

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Freedom to Speak Up Guardian to join our team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in safeguarding patient safety, improving staff experiences, and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian and Executive Lead to identify and address barriers, ensuring all staff feel empowered and supported to speak up. Key responsibilities include providing independent advice, supporting staff who raise concerns, managing cases within personal scope, delivering training, and analyzing data to enhance speaking-up arrangements.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of cultural change, organisational development, and staff engagement. The ability to analyze and interpret data/evidence and apply it to practice is also essential.
The estimated salary for this position is £43,141 - £50,819 per annum, depending on experience.
