Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sheila Childs Recruitment. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work under pressure.

As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing information on consultations, costs, and other relevant details, responding quickly and efficiently to incoming bookings and inquiries, and ensuring that all patients receive accurate and professional information.

Your role will involve liaising between patients, the clinical team, and Consultants to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to treatment, maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records on CRM, and collaborating with the financial and administrative teams to process patient payment plans and invoices correctly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and handle several clients at one time professionally and calmly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients
  • Liaise between patients, clinical team, and Consultants
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with financial and administrative teams
  • Ensure patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple clients

Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on location and experience.
