About the Role:

Russell Taylor Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Acquisition and Rental Sales Expert to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through technical and commercial expertise, partnering to maximize customer and order acquisition, and provide customer value in assigned sales territory.

Main Responsibilities:
• Expand customer base through technical and commercial expertise
• Partner to maximize customer and order acquisition
• Provide customer value in assigned sales territory
• Identify potential opportunities with existing customers
• Elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company
• Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix, and selling level
• Prepare and review contract terms and conditions
• Present proposals to customers
• Follow up with buying influences
• Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with customers
• Actively participate in teamwork for projects/jobs defined by Acquisition Leader
• Keep customer database updated
• Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on Rental customer acquisition and development
• Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify long-term, mutual support requirements

About You:
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and rental equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent collaboration skills.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
