Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, prioritizing patient care and well-being.

- Promote continuous learning and skill-building within the team, ensuring they stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Coordinate care delivery, prioritize tasks, and manage health and safety issues effectively.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £48,640 per annum. This exciting opportunity offers a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week.
