Acute Adult Care Team Lead

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Acute Adult Care Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Jupiter Recruitment. This permanent full-time position comes with an excellent salary of £45,668 per annum and a range of benefits.
About the Role:This role requires the successful candidate to lead the Nursing team, manage shifts, and develop a culture of learning from lessons on the ward. You will also be responsible for ensuring care and treatment is delivered in collaboration with the patient and carer.
The ideal candidate will have experience in 'acute adult services', preferably with a supervisory role, and a recognized mentoring certificate.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing shifts and leading the Nursing team
- Developing therapeutic relationships and prioritizing tasks
- Contributing to patient assessments and care plans
