As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adolescents and young adults aged 12 upwards who have complex needs, including acute mental illness and developmental disorders.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the nursing team and manage shifts effectively
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients to optimise their engagement
- Follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
- Mentor and support student nurses and other team members
- Promote professional development within the team
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £45,668 per annum, plus benefits such as a £5,000 welcome bonus, 25 days' annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme.
