**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As an SME Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team across the island of Ireland.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with initiative. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with sales reports.

A highly numerate individual with proficiency in computer systems is required for this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the SME Direct team with sales compliance, sales assurance, and back-office administration duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for sales contractor & sales partners queries.
  • Assist with processing of SME sales and renewals contracts.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales and retention team, including quality checking.
  • Carry out administrative duties for the wider SME Direct Sales Team.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
