As part of the Research & Development and Global Medical Group (RDGM), the Global Health Outcomes (GHO) team plays a key role in furthering the RDGM vision: Dedicated to delivering innovative HIV medicines, leaving no person living with HIV behind.
The GHO team is seeking a Global Health Outcomes Director to support HIV pipeline activities. The pipeline requires significant health outcomes input given the company's expertise in evidence generation, reimbursement activities, modelling and Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs). The current role will provide health outcomes support for various pipeline assets that are being developed for treatment and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and work with the commercial & medical cross-functional pipeline core team and R&D on the global strategy and delivery of value evidence for HIV assets/medicines.
- Manage GHO projects supporting the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP), ensuring high quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate on specific projects involved in value evidence generation, including functions such as commercial, R&D, epidemiology, statistics, clinical, medical affairs and medical sciences.
- Engage with external collaborations and scientific evidence requirements with reimbursement bodies and decision makers.
Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in health outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, health or life sciences.
- Significant experience in health outcomes or an aligned discipline/function.
- Pharmaceutical experience that includes drug development and launch experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in economic modelling and observational studies.
