Job Title: Senior Director, Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate high-quality real-world evidence and health outcomes research to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality real-world evidence and health outcomes research
- Lead a team of researchers and analysts to design, execute, and analyze studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research methods and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective and efficient approaches
Requirements:
- PhD or PharmD degree in a relevant field, such as health outcomes, patient-reported outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or life sciences
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in global pharmaceuticals, with a focus on real-world evidence and health outcomes research
- Strong understanding of the evolving global healthcare landscape, including health technology assessment, clinical guidelines, and reimbursement decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering high-quality research findings that inform business decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and develop credibility with colleagues throughout the organization
- Experience leading a portfolio of projects, stakeholders, and other analytic staff in a senior role
- Advanced scientific or business degree specialized in health outcomes or similar
- Experience in above country and in-country roles
- Direct payer experience
- Launch experience
- Portfolio of high-value publications and/or scientific promotions
