Director, Global Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research to join our team at GSK. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of real-world evidence and health outcomes research strategies to support the launch and maintenance of our products in the global market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global real-world evidence and health outcomes research strategies to support product launch and maintenance
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute studies to generate high-quality evidence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with external thought leaders and experts in the field
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in real-world evidence and health outcomes research and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as health outcomes, patient-reported outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or life sciences
- At least 3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a multinational company
- Proven ability to plan and deliver individual projects, manage budgets, and work within a matrix setting
- Experience with a variety of study designs, including real-world evidence studies
- Applied experience in utilizing evidence for the development of HTA submissions, reimbursement, and medical engagement
- Methods expertise to effectively deliver robust payer evidence and credibility to engage meaningfully with external experts and leaders in the field
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- An advanced scientific degree, such as a PhD or PharmD, in a relevant field
- Experience in above-country and in-country roles
- Direct payer experience
- Launch experience
