Job Description:

ViiV Healthcare is a pioneering company dedicated to combating HIV/AIDS. We seek a highly skilled Global Health Outcomes Director to lead our efforts in HIV pipeline development.

As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on health outcomes and value evidence generation. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative HIV medicines, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of people living with HIV.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of Integrated Evidence Plans (IEPs) for HIV pipeline assets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement health outcomes studies and economic models
  • Ensuring alignment with reimbursement bodies and decision-makers through strategic engagement and scientific evidence generation
  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement evidence generation strategies that meet decision-makers' needs

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in health outcomes, health economics, or a related field
  • Significant experience in health outcomes or an aligned discipline, with a proven track record of delivering impact
  • Pharmaceutical experience, including drug development and launch experience supported by value evidence generation
  • Strong technical knowledge in key areas, including economic modeling and observational studies
