Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking maintenance duties as required, ensuring accurate completion of reports within specified timeframes
  • Producing accurate documentation and maintaining up-to-date records of statutory inspections
  • Completing minor quoted works from initial outset to completion, including test certification
  • Ensuring employees are aware of their obligations under our Health & Safety policy
  • Providing experience in Facilities Management and Building Services
  • Hold a CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification
  • Have experience with Air Handling Units
