Mechanical Shift Engineer - Continental Shift

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a commercial building in Wembley. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the building's systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain mechanical plant, including air conditioning, water treatment, and electrical systems
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as filter changes and lamp replacements
  • Ensure that all plant and BMS checks are completed on time and that any issues are reported to the Shift Lead or Supervisor
  • Escort specialist sub-contractors and ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard
  • Perform PPM tasks in accordance with set schedules to maintain engineering standards and maximize operational effectiveness
