Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in a large commercial building in Wembley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain mechanical plant, including air conditioning, water treatment, and electrical systems
  • Undertake repairs to HVAC plant and associated systems to a high standard
  • Install, alter, and repair pipework systems as needed
  • Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical plant and equipment
  • Work effectively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of the building
Requirements:
  • Mechanically qualified level 2 (C&G, NVQ etc)
  • Experience working in a large commercial building
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
