CASS Reconciliation Expert Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CASS Reconciliation Expert to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment Plc. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CASS regulations, financial services processes, and SQL knowledge. They should also be proficient in MS Excel and Word, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough reviews of financial records and systems
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions and activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's Grade A* - C (9-4) with one of them being Maths
  • IOC qualification related to mutual funds or studying towards the qualification
  • Accountancy qualification or studying towards the qualification, or qualified by experience
  • Strong knowledge of CASS regulations and financial services processes
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work effectively under pressure
