We are seeking an experienced support worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care NMR. As a support worker, you will be responsible for delivering support to children and young people through meeting their personal needs and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support to children and young people through meeting their personal needs and plans
  • Work with families for additional support
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Expand your experience and skills set with free training

Requirements:

  • 6 months UK based care experience in the last year OR a year in the last 5 years
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks
  • Willing to undertake personal care
  • Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Registered with Social Care Wales
