Subscription Marketing Leader

As a Subscription Marketing Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of GB News' subscription-based model. With a focus on driving growth and revenue, you will develop and execute strategies to acquire new subscribers, increase engagement, and reduce churn.
You will work closely with our product and analytics teams to design and implement experiments that enhance conversion rates and refine our messaging. Your expertise in onsite optimisation tactics and technologies, including dynamic experiences and paywall initiatives, will be essential in enhancing user engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Subscription Strategies: Create and execute data-driven plans to drive subscription growth, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product, media, creative, and analytics teams to shape the product roadmap and improve performance.
- Analyse Performance Data: Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data, category trends, and consumer behaviour to uncover key drivers of acquisition and retention.
- Design Experiments: Work with product and analytics teams to design experiments that enhance conversion rates and refine messaging.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with cultural, business, and industry trends, becoming deeply familiar with GB News journalism and its mobile and web products.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum
