As a Strategic Account Director, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this exciting development by driving commercial growth and developing long-term partnerships with key clients.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our EMEA Strategy Office and lead our partnerships with the world's largest Contract Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

As part of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with local Key Account Managers across the markets in EMEA, ensuring the successful deployment of framework agreements and providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at leading Contract Cleaner companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to expand our market presence.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the local account management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in business or a related field and significant experience in sales, preferably within the Contract Cleaning or Hospitality segment.

Requirements
  • Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in sales, preferably within Contract Cleaning or Hospitality.

Salary: £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
