Job Description
  1. Work closely with the Cell Sciences Team to identify biological objectives and requirements.
  2. Develop and execute large-scale experiments within multidisciplinary teams to create advanced cell lines.
  3. Design and optimize computational workflows for various NGS data types (e.g., RNA-seq, amplicon sequencing).
  4. Enhance computational pipeline architecture to meet R&D needs while maintaining quality and reproducibility.
  5. Communicate actionable insights from large-scale analytical projects with cross-functional teams.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of NGS techniques and omics data analysis.
  • Technical skills:
  • Statistical analysis design, execution, and interpretation.
  • Command of computational biology tools and methods.
  • Proficient in R or Python for data processing and analysis.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year, plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
