Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, experts, and other third parties to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Support senior solicitors with their caseloads, providing administrative and technical assistance as needed.
  • Collate and review documentation and evidence, including medical records, to build strong cases.
  • Obtain medical evidence and instruct counsel to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Take witness statements and attend case conferences to stay informed and up-to-date on case developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner, with exposure to a variety of clinical negligence cases.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CFAs and legal aid funded cases is desirable but not essential.
