About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services and Administrative Professional to join our team at amicable, a pioneering company transforming the way people end relationships in a kinder and better way. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting them throughout their separation journey.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, answering queries efficiently, and delivering beyond our customers' expectations. They will also input customer data accurately, cover incoming/outgoing post, and perform various administrative duties as required.

In this hybrid role (working on a rota basis after completing a six-month probationary period), you will have the opportunity to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative culture that values Kindness, Trust & Professionalism, Customer Focus, and Pioneering Spirit.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries in a timely manner and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Input customer data accurately and efficiently on our platforms.
  3. Cover incoming and outgoing post, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • A degree in a legal discipline or relevant field.
  • Interest in family law and its implications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in working with IT systems and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for workload.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactivity and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Right to work in the UK.
