Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Job Description
You will be responsible for learning core recruitment skills, including attracting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates. You will also manage client relationships and build external networks to generate sales leads and develop your own client accounts.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need B2B or B2C sales experience or delivery-focused recruitment role, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a positive approach to problem resolution. You must also be able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
