Citrus Recruit is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Smethwick. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Create new business opportunities with new customers and lapsed customer accounts.
- Use training provided to engage and attract customers.
- Reconnect with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approach.
- Account Management of multiple accounts whilst generating new leads.
- Introduce new products from the expanding range, up-sell and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.
- Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPI's.
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience working towards and achieving KPI's and sales targets.
- Experience working in an industrial or engineering setting, with chemicals, adhesives or paints would be advantageous.
- A competitive salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
- An annual bonus structure - up to 25% of your basic salary.
- Quarterly sales incentives.
- A flexible working hours arrangement (Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00 and Friday 08:45-15:45).
- A comprehensive company pension scheme.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
