Job Role: Validation Engineer 6 Months Contract

Collaborate with our team at Innova Solutions to deliver high-quality validation plans and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system and component validation plans based on risk identified within Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Deliver assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Specify test requirements and define engine build and instrumentation requirements through collaboration with relevant engineering teams.
  • Oversee validation test work on internal machines, driving decision-making from engine data reviews and end-of-test inspections.
  • Analyze data as appropriate based on the test work being delivered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or STEM degree qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in engine or machine development (or similar).
  • Ability to analyze engine data and use it to drive business decisions with clear, concise conclusions.
  • Experience in industrial diesel engine applications, construction machinery, or generating sets.
  • Proven experience in proactive reliability and product quality.
  • Experience in DFMEA facilitation, creation, and validation planning.
  • Proven project management experience related to diesel engine development.
