Kody is seeking a results-driven business developer to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new ISO & Referral opportunities and nurturing relationships.

You will be responsible for sourcing, meeting and onboarding ISOs & Referral Partners. This will involve engaging in high-value prospecting activities, such as networking events, referrals, social media, cold calling, and visiting potential partners if required.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and onboarding new ISOs & Referral Partners
  • Targeting Payment ISOs who board larger CTO merchants
  • Targeting Referral Partners who provide hot leads to close deals
  • Conducting face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospective clients
  • Managing partnerships on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure smooth target achievement
Requirements
  • MUST HAVE 3+ years of recent ISO & Referral sales experience in the payments space
  • MUST BE UK BASED
  • Strong network of contacts in ISOs, Referrals, Payments, Hospitality space
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

The successful candidate will have access to a comprehensive range of benefits, including an annual salary of £60,000 negotiable, annual potential for OTE, and a range of benefits including remote-first and flexible working, annual learning and development allowance of £1,000, and £200 to spend on furniture.
