ER Advisor Role Summary

Our client, a leading global business in the Aviation, Transport & Distribution industry, is seeking a skilled ER Advisor to join their Human Resources team. Based near Heathrow, this company is recognised for its commitment to excellence and is a leader in services to Aviation and Transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on ER matters to managers and employees.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Ensure all ER activities are compliant with employment law and regulations.
  • Liaise with Trade Unions and manage TU relationships.
  • Analyse key data to use trends across absence, sickness and retention in strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR business partnering team on projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in ER with evidence of managing your own case load.
  • Trade Union experience is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
