Fleet Administrator

Centura Group is seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to join their team in Mitcham, Surrey. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the company's fleet of approximately 150 vehicles, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, and implementing effective policies and processes to optimize fleet operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and time management skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and reduce fleet costs
  2. Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, including vehicle inspections and services
  3. Communicate with insurance brokers and manage vehicle insurance
  4. Assist in drafting and implementing policies and processes for fleet operations
  5. Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime
  6. Monitor driver behavior and maintain accurate records
  7. Monitor fleet costs and ensure they remain within budget
  8. Conduct carbon reporting for vehicles
