Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our entire fleet of approximately 150 vehicles, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, and implementing effective policies and processes to optimize fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Ensure accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections and services
  • Monitor fleet costs and ensure they remain within budget
  • Communicate with insurance brokers and organize insurance for drivers and vehicles
  • Assist in drafting and implementing policies and processes for fleet operations
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules
  • Monitor driver behavior and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide carbon reporting for vehicles

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Accurate record keeping
