We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Retail Support Specialist to join our team at Ladurée UK. As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, particularly during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest.
  • Assisting customers in selecting Ladurée products while providing knowledgeable recommendations.

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum based on experience.

This is a full-time position working 8-hour shifts with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Benefits include:
