We are seeking a Town Planning Consultant to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As a Town Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert planning advice on various projects throughout the UK.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide town planning expertise on a range of projects, from residential to commercial developments.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare reports detailing the feasibility of proposed developments.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
- Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
- 1 year experience within the Town Planning field.
