Location: London, UK

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Portfolio Planner to lead the development of innovative approaches to footprint optimization for a finance sector client. As a key member of our team, you will partner with business stakeholders to weave business objectives and internal data with 3rd party data to develop predictive or spatial models for action-oriented deployment.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work on unique projects, leveraging your expertise in data science techniques, adaptability, and financial sector experience. You will be responsible for providing insightful recommendations to all levels within the organization, identifying key information, and handling large amounts of data with minimal direction.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  2. Progressive consulting and/or solution development experience required.
  3. Applicable understanding of commercial real estate practices strongly preferred.
  4. Finance sector experience preferred.
  5. Advanced analytical skills and techniques, including deep statistical knowledge, big data knowledge, visualization, and data exploration. Experience with R/Python and/or Alteryx preferred.
  6. Experience in applying skills to develop various model types to generate action-oriented outputs foundational to long-term client strategy.
  7. Ability to influence and manage clients using superior relationship building, communication, and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
