Job Summary

The Senior Programme Director is responsible for defining an optimum project approach and overseeing the delivery and governance of large enterprise projects exceeding 4,000 person-days. This role involves managing projects, directing programmes, and supporting pre-sales activities by identifying, developing, and acting upon opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, direction, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in programme management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Prince2 and Agile.
