About the RoleThis new post will have significant input to the service improvement work being undertaken as part of the Mental Health Transformation. You will take a clinical leadership role in the coordination and implementation of psychological care, ensuring the systematic provision of a high-quality specialist psychological therapies service for patients and their families/carers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and coordination of psychological care
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure the provision of a high-quality specialist psychological therapies service
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate leader who is passionate about working with older adults and thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will have post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of understanding human problems, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology. You will also have post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice.
