About the Role:

Solutions4Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Stop Smoking Adviser to join our team in Winchester and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £24,960 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the challenges faced by socially disadvantaged communities.
  • Travel and transport equipment between clinics across Hampshire, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Utilize IT skills and experience with data inputting to effectively manage client information and track progress.
  • Participate in comprehensive online training, including smoking cessation NCSCT level 2 training, safeguarding, and other relevant courses, to enhance professional development.
  • Hold a valid UK Full Driving License, with possible use of a company vehicle.
