Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join our team in NW London. Reporting to the Franchise Owner, you will lead a dedicated team of Clinical CareGivers and Non-Clinical CareGivers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care directly to Clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring a team of Clinical CareGivers and Non-Clinical CareGivers
• Supporting individuals with complex medical needs and varying levels of dependency
• Providing training and supervision in delegated tasks including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, PEG and stoma care, and diabetes management
• Developing and overseeing tailored care plans, ensuring all homecare services meet the highest standards
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and aiming to maintain 'Outstanding' status

The successful candidate will hold a current, unrestricted NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse and possess or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care. We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus up to £5,000.
