Psychological Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate professional with good knowledge of Cystic Fibrosis disease to join our team. As a key member of our regional service, you will be responsible for delivering effective and high-quality social work, supporting individuals and their families in need.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Requirements:

- Occasional community travel
