  • Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and excellence in our food services.

  • Team Support: Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Great-Tasting Food: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Certifications and Experience: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and have experience supervising a team.
  • Flexible Approach: Have a flexible approach to working and be willing to adapt to changing situations.
