About the Role

Nomad Marketing, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets within the travel sector.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities with key travel industry stakeholders, including travel agencies, airlines, airports, tour operators, cruise ships, and hotel chains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including inside sales, product development, and account management.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking and prioritizing leads to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead demos, proposals, RFPs, contract negotiations, SOWs, POs, invoices, and other commercial sales activities for enterprise software projects.
  • Ability to travel to relevant conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in selling to companies in the travel sector.
  • Established network of contacts in the travel industry and knowledge of ancillary products and services.
  • Experience selling digital goods, SaaS, and/or innovative solutions to clients.
  • A minimum of 7 years of sales, consulting, or marketing experience.
  • Strong business development skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, market trends, and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual.
  • First-hand experience in eSIM is a plus.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or economics, with an MBA a plus.
