**About Nomad Marketing, LLC**

Nomad Marketing, LLC is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Director to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing leads and executing sales to expand our market share within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a market outreach plan for identified prospects and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets within the travel sector.
  • Identify and target relationships with key travel industry stakeholders, including travel agencies, airlines, airports, tour operators, cruise ships, and hotel chains.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including inside sales, product development, and account management.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking and prioritizing leads to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
  • Able to lead demos, proposals, RFPs, contract negotiations, SOWs, POs, invoices, and the 'nuts and bolts' of commercial sales for enterprise software projects.
  • Ability to travel to relevant conferences (~15% of the time on the road).
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in selling to companies in the travel sector.
  • Established a set of contacts in the travel industry and knowledge of ancillary products and services.
  • Experience selling digital goods, SaaS, and/or innovative solutions to clients.
  • A minimum of 7 years of sales, consulting, or marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, market trends, and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and persuade. Capability in other foreign languages is a plus.
