Head of Sales - Medical Publishing

Join a leading publisher of high-quality, peer-reviewed digital journals in the pharmaceutical and medical fields. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and drive sales processes to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Partner with client services and publishing teams to maximise opportunities
  • Utilise data analysis to drive improvements and manage the sales pipeline
  • Assist with closing key client business
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a high-performing sales function
  • Publishing, medical, digital or information background preferred
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to sales
  • First-class communication and presentation skills
What We Offer:
