Clinical Care Specialist

We are recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent Care division in Newcastle upon Tyne.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to deliver high-quality services to those within our care. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our teams to provide excellent patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical care and leadership to patients and colleagues alike
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results
- Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet individual patient needs

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant nursing qualification (e.g., RGN, RNLD, RCN) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in urgent care or a related field
