Customer Experience Expert

Role Overview:
As an integral part of our Marketing & Digital team at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we're seeking a highly motivated individual to drive customer-centric initiatives and shape our customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to understand and enhance customer journeys through data-driven insights.
- Deliver actionable research to senior management, informing strategic decisions and championing a culture of consumer-led decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Advertising, and Digital, to interpret research findings and drive business growth.
- P presents complex data insights to senior stakeholders, crafting compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Passion for research and understanding customer behaviour and preferences.
- Experience with research methodologies, survey writing, and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft clear, concise reports for stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
- Confidence in speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders, articulating insights effectively.
