As a highly successful and experienced Executive Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead our Stanmore office to new heights. With a strong background in Estate Agency and customer services, you will be responsible for maximising branch profit and achieving all financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews etc
- Influence results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of plans
Requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency experience
- Hold a full driving license, have your own car and be insured for Business Use
