About the Role

LAW Absolute is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join their friendly Business Development team based in London. The successful candidate will report to a Business Development Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team on a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Marketing Inbox and ensure timely responses to all inquiries
  • Coordinate photography sessions for new joiners and update the company directory
  • Assist with formatting and branding department materials and event invitations
  • Upload articles, posts, and deal releases to the company website and LinkedIn
  • Create graphics for posts, deal releases, and internal communications
  • Support event preparation and administration, including RSVPs and dietary requirements, venue liaison, and research on attendees
  • Sources branded imagery for pitches and other marketing materials
  • Assist in reviewing and updating key Business Development collateral, including expertise documents

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior managers and stakeholders
