Accounts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our Waterlooville-based team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and collecting debt in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising proforma invoices, invoices, and credit notes in accordance with company procedures;
- Collecting mixed value aged and current debt by telephone and email, maintaining open communication with customers;
- Resolving all associated credit control queries and escalating problematic accounts to the Senior Credit Controller;
- Managing the customer "on hold" process for overdue or customers exceeding their credit limit.
Suitable Candidate for this role:
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines;
- Self-motivated, confident, and persistent individual.
Additional Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience;
